| | | Virginia Conrad, 86, formerly of Schofield, died Tuesday, August 21, 2007, in Huntington Beach, Calif.
She was born Oct. 8, 1920, in the Town of Wein to the late Frank and Katherine (Urmanski) Jagodzinski. On August 22, 1939, she was married to John Midlikowski. He died Oct. 4, 1954. On June 25, 1958, she was married to Rudolph Conrad. He died in Jan. 18, 1979.
Virginia lived in Schofield about 25 years before moving to California. She enjoyed bowling, crocheting, gardening and was an excellent pie maker.
She is survived by one son, Ronald (Barbara) Midlikoski, Helendale, CA., one daughter, Carol Rucinski, Las Vegas, Nev.; two grandsons, Jon and Ryan Rucinski, both of Calif.; two brothers, Dennis (Bea) Jagodzinski, Schofield, and Frank (Jolanta) Jagodzinski, Edgar. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands and one sister, Irene Wrycha.
The funeral liturgy will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 29, 2007, at Restlawn Memorial Park Chapel. Father Janusz Kowalski will officiate. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until the time of liturgy, all at Restlawn Chapel.
Hayden-Buettgen Funeral Home, Schofield, assisted the family with arrangements.
