| | | Dorothy R. Rasor, 83, Wausau, entered her heavenly home on Saturday, September 6, 2008, at North Central Health Care under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
She was born July 6, 1925, to Edwin and Laura Weir. On August 30, 1942, she married Clarence Rasor at St. Rose of Lima Church, Wilmington, Illinois.
She is survived by her daughters Laural Rasor of Wausau, Patricia Jackson of Sun Valley, Illinois, and sons Joseph (Julie) Rasor of Bloomfield, New Mexico, and Michael (Cathy) Rasor of Peru, Indiana: eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her parents, husband, Clarence and infant daughter Louella Rasor. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John Weir of Wilmington, Illinois.
The family would like to thank the staff at Aspirus Comfort Care and Palliative Services for their loving care during her stay.
Services will be held Friday, September 12, 2008 at 11:30 am at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 603 S. Main, Wilmington, Illinois. Visitation will be 10 am to 11:30 am, prior to the Mass of the Resurrection, at the church.
Hayden~Buettgen Funeral Home, Schofield, is assisting the family with arrangements.
