| | | Robert L. Siewers, 73, of Schofield, WI, entered his heavenly home on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at St. Clare’s Hospital, Weston, WI.
Robert was born on September 8, 1935 and was joined in marriage to Dorothy Zink at St. Therese Church on July 25, 1959.
He was a dedicated employee of American Can Corporation for 49 years. Robert enjoyed camping; was an avid fisherman, polka dancer and will always be remembered for their unique and spontaneous family back road trips on Sunday.
Robert served in the National Guard during the early 1960s and served state side.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his daughter, Julie Ann (Aaron) Lippert of Sheboygan, WI and his son, Roger Siewers of Schofield, WI.
Visitation will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild, WI on Friday, September 19, 2008, from 9 am to 11 am, followed by the funeral Mass at 11 am. Officiating will be Rev. Janusz Kowalski. Interment will be at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
The family wishes to sincerely thank the physicians, nurses of St. Clare’s Hospital and especially the dialysis staff (family) at Ministry Health Care.
