| | | David A. Pagel, 71, Wausau, died Friday, June 19, 2009, at his home.
He retired as the Marathon County Deputy Sheriff. He had served in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his son, Jeff (Bonnie) Pagel, Wausau; one daughter, Jean Pagel, Wausau; four grandchildren; five brothers, Jim (Rita) Pagel, Marathon, Tom (Sue) Pagel, Kronenwetter, Art Pagel and John (Patty) Pagel, both of Wausau, and Lee (Ginny) Pagel, Ringle; and three sisters, Ellie Bogen, Wausau, Mary (Norman) Beilke, and Kate (Dave) Mitchell, Kronenwetter.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mid-Wisconsin Cremation Society, 948 Grand Ave., Schofield. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at Mid-Wisconsin Cremation Society.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Marathon County Sheriff's Department Benevolent Society.
