| Margarete Regine Bach, age 94, of Hilbert died on Monday, December 8, 2008 at Parkwest Plaza Rehabilitation Center in Wichita, KS. She was born August 31, 1914 in Mengede, Germany daughter of the late Joseph & Klara (Kludig) Lesinski. Margarete married Walter Bach on November 5, 1949 in Germany; he preceded her in death in 1959. She was a member of the Hilbert Senior Citizens Group and St. Peter Lutheran Church in Hilbert where she also sang in the church choir. Survivors include her son: Lester (Josephine) Bach of Wichita; 2 grandchildren: Richard (Maria) Bach of Elk Grove, California, Daniel (Julia) Bach of Redmond, Washington; and 1 great-grandchild: Aidan Bach. Margarete was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister: Hella Neumann. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2008 at St. Peter Lutheran Church (43 N. 3rd St.) in Hilbert with the Rev. Brian Crane officiating. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2008 when the service will be held. | ||
