| Agnes L. Andrews, age 94, formerly of Stockbridge, died on Mon. Aug. 7, 2006 at Colony Oaks Care Center in Appleton. She was born on May 29, 1912 in the Town of Stockbridge, daughter of the late James & Lena (Joas) Head. She married Roger Andrews on June 22, 1932 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Stockbridge; he preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 1995. She and her husband farmed and raised chickens in the town of Stockbridge. She taught elementary school in the Brillion area. In everything that Agnes did, she was a hard worker. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Stockbridge, and the Christian Mothers. Agnes enjoyed crafts, gardening, making rugs, crocheting, and growing flowers. Survivors include a daughter Alice Nytes of Kaukauna; 4 grandchildren, Robert (Jackie) Nytes of Wausau, Barbara (Jamie) Loiacono of Slinger, Lori (Mike) Fafnis of Kaukauna, Lynn (Jason) Jansen of Kaukauna; 8 great grandchildren, Travis & Tammy Nytes, Ashley, Taylor, & Joshua Loiacono, Micaela & Emma Fafnis, Keanna Jansen; and a sister Rosella Radliff of Milwaukee. She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jack Nytes; 4 sisters & 3 brothers-in-law, Winnifred & Richard Hammer, Evelyn & Edgar Jannsen, Hazel & Paul Weber, Kittabelle Head; and a brother & sister-in-law, Dan & Doris Head. Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Fri. Aug. 11, 2006 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Stockbridge, with burial to follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the church form 10 AM until the time of services. Wieting Family funeral Home in Chilton is assisting the family. | ||
